Late Policy:

It is important that students are present for every class period, however, we don’t live in a perfect world and students will be absent due to appointments, etc. If a student misses class it will be the responsibility of the student to check what assignment he or she has missed.

Teacher/Parent Communication:

It has been my experience that effective communication between parent and teacher works. Students need to know that we care, and are on the same page. That is extremely important!  After all, we all have the same goal, your child’s success, happiness and achievement.  I encourage any parent who has a question or concern to send me a note, call me at school at 385-6467, or email me at jrivard@muhsd.k12.ca.us.   I look forward to a year of growth and learning.
