To Participate in THUNDER Athletics: Every student/athlete must have a "C" average GPA with no more than one "F" during the previous semester. All student-athletes must have an Athletic Participation Form on file with the Athletic Office/SBO and their coach before they will be allowed to participate in any sport. Forms must be dated after July 1 of the current year and are valid throughout the school year. The following information must be included on the form: * Name of private health insurance or Medi-Cal (insurance is available for purchase—see Mrs. Marx in the BCHS SBO. * Physician signature (Chiropractor physicals will not be accepted) * Parent signature * Student signature Completed Athletic Participation Forms must be turned into the SBO before the first day of practice  Athletic Eligibility *Athletic Participation Form on file *minimum 2.0 G.P.A. from previous semester grades *no more than one F *clear of all school obligations * Satisfactory citizenship All incoming Freshman are eligible Please consult the BCHS Student Agenda for full details on athletic and academic eligibility |
