Changing Behaviors, Changing Students 
 

 

At Sequoia our mission is to create a dynamic learning environment that focuses on each student's individual needs. Students will be encouraged to learn in a new way and change behaviors in order to help enhance academic success! We have a very supportive staff that works together to help students overcome personal obstacles in order to be successful.

 

Being in only the second year of existence, our focus is on developing new opportunities for our students. Some of those include the school's first ASB officers, attending the Changing Within program, and competing in intramural sports tournaments with other schools.

 

The goal of Sequoia High School is to reach each student and assist them in returning to their comprehensive site.  Our intent is to reach each student both academically and emotionally. With smaller class sizes we hope to give quality instruction focused on individual student needs.
