Work Permit Applications are available in D-18 before school or during lunch.  You may also choose to download the application from this page and turn it into Mr. Fitzgerald in room D-18.

Note:  You must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA with no more than one F & be in good standing with the school to maintain the permit once it is issued.  Failure to meet this criteria will result in revocation of the permit until said criteria is met.
