Sexual harassment is the unwelcome sexual advance, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:
1) Submission to the conduct is explicitly or implicitly made a term or condition of an individual's academic status or progress.
2) Submission to or rejection of, the conduct by the individual is used as the basis of academic decisions affecting the individual.
3) The conduct, as considered by a reasonable person of the same gender as the victim, is sufficiently severe or pervasive to have a negative impact upon the individual's academic performance, or to create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational environment. In making this determination, the totality of the circumstances, the nature of the harassment and the context in which the alleged harassment occurred will be considered. Important, report all complaints of sexual harassment immediately to the principal or designee. An investigation of each complaint of sexual harassment will be conducted in a way to ensure the privacy of all parties concerned.
Dress Code Violation Consequences:
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: Lunch Detention Assigned.
4th Offense: Dress Code Contract required.
One day ISS assigned.
5th Offense: Home Suspension
