Sexual Harassment:

Sexual harassment is the unwelcome sexual advance, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:

1# Submission to the conduct is explicitly or implicitly made a term or condition of an individual's academic status or progress#

2# Submission to or rejection of, the conduct by the individual is used as the basis of academic decisions affecting the individual#

3# The conduct, as considered by a reasonable person of the same gender as the victim, is sufficiently severe or pervasive to have a negative impact upon the individual's academic performance, or to create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational environment# In making this determination, the totality of the circumstances, the nature of the harassment and the context in which the alleged harassment occurred will be considered# Important, report all complaints of sexual harassment immediately to the principal or designee# An investigation of each complaint of sexual harassment will be conducted in a way to ensure the privacy of all parties concerned.
 
 
 
Bullying/Cyberbullying:
Engaged in an act of bullying, including, but not limited to, bullying committed by means of an electronic act, as defined in subdivision #f# and #g# of Section 32261, directed specifically toward a pupil or school personnel. 
1st offense- Immediate 1 to 3 day suspension, parent conference, anger management program
2nd offense- Immediate 5 day suspension, parent conference, anger management program, notification to proper law enforcement agency,may be referred to an alternative educational program
